Zero Recurring Monthly Maintenance Charges
Following the initial capital contribution, no mandatory monthly maintenance fees or hidden levies are charged. The village is sustained through organic agricultural yields, our Farm-to-Tourist botanical store, and residential retreat hospitality.
Statutory Article 28 · Exit & Refund Mechanism
Should any member elect to withdraw from the community — either prior to groundbreaking or after residence commencement — capital is refunded in accordance with statutory Society guidelines subject to a standard 10% administrative deduction to safeguard community liquidity.
